Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) is holding a virtual public hearing on Wednesday, August 28, 2024 at 6:30 PM. MassDOT is holding the hearing to provide the public with the opportunity to become fully acquainted with the proposed replacement of the Route 140 (Milford Street) Culvert over an unnamed tributary in the Town of Upton. The project is near the intersection of Milford Street and Prospect Street.
