Town of Upton Assessor’s Office will be conducting inspections for Building Permits that have been issued from 2022 to present. Inspections are visual, require us to photograph of the exterior of the dwelling, and may require measuring for additions and garages; not as extensive as the Building Inspector.
Building Permit Inspections - Guidelines
We expect visits to occur between 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Each visit is approximately 15 minutes. As we cannot judge where we will be each day, we are unable to make appointments prior to the visit.
