Public Works provides essential services to the residents of Upton in a prompt, courteous, safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner. Through its dedicated employees, the Department of Public Works (DPW) plans, designs, constructs, operates, maintains, and manages all physical facilities necessary for the preservation of infrastructure in order to provide for the health, safety, welfare, and convenience for our residents as well as succeeding generations.
